Coop The Literary Prize for Words , now in its sixth year, is sponsored by Coop Adriatica, a major cooperative system Coop . Coop Adriatica, which operates in Veneto, Emilia-Romagna , Marche and Abruzzo since 2002 has given room for new works of girls and boys residing or domiciled in its territory, exploring new forms of written communication born with recent technologies such as blogs, SMS, e-mail without forgetting the evergreen: stories and poems. Since 2007, Coop has been open for words to comics, with special sections devoted to this form of expression, of great charm and potential, to tell a story with the help of the drawing.

site Coop for Words - Write Young is on line all year, and you can send your texts and comics beyond the deadline of the contest, to see them published on the website or if you want it, also to participate in future editions of the award.

In two comic page can tell you a little great story. Words and images together to give strength to your creativity. The winners and finalists of the 2008 edition of the Award for Words Coop will show their work to BilBObul , international festival of comics in Bologna in 2009. Selected papers of the Special Section Comics will also be screened during the event "Aloud" scheduled in October in Venice, Cesena and Bologna.

The top 10 winners in each section, including therefore the Special Section Comics, will also be published at a national editor at the expense of the organizers, in an anthology that will be available at Coop Adriatica stores and libraries in the chain "librerie.coop" and will receive 10 complimentary copies of the anthology.
