On October 21, 2008 starts the basic course lasting four months and a half, which follows the course of deepening the color of two months using traditional techniques and computer. cut teaching and practice maintains a close relationship with the visual arts and cinema with a focus on practical application of various techniques of drawing and creating comic strips. the large number of teachers working in the field is increasingly complemented the traditional meetings with authors "who shall always hosting new cartoonists who work in Italy and abroad, for the comic book retailers and for that property; oltre 90 artisti sono passati dalla cattedra dei “Giardini” per confidare tecniche, segreti e curiosità professionali.

Corso Base di Fumetto:
4 mesi e mezzo - Lezioni martedì e giovedì (18,30-20,30) from late October through late March
Meetings with the authors first Thursday of every month (20.30 to 22.30) - minimum age 16 years
in-depth course on color in comics:
two months - Lectures Tuesday and Thursday (18.30 to 20.30) from April to May
Course Structure: The course aims to make suggestions and stimuli from an examination of cartoonist best that the arts in general, experiencing a large number of design techniques and imagery, in the two weekly meetings of two hours each, alternating classes teoriche e quelle pratiche. Nei primi mesi si prendono in esame diverse metodologie di disegno e tratteggio, partendo dal “bianco e nero” (uso di pennarelli, pennini, pennelli, retini, spugna, collage...) ed esaminando sceneggiatura, story-board, regia, composizione grafica, lettering, studio dei personaggi, prospettiva, e studio delle ombre. La pratica verterà in svariate esercitazioni, sia personali che di gruppo, atte a costruire un proprio fumetto.
Nel secondo Corso si procede poi nell’approfondimento dell’”uso del colore”, sperimentando matite tenere, stabilotone, pennarelli pantone, acquerelli, acrilici, ecoline in aerografo e tecniche the computer with Photoshop . To have a good preparation on the history and current state of comics in Italy and worldwide, are authors of important visitors each month. From these meetings you can learn the secrets and peculiarities of the classics, and those so-called commercial copyright, and enjoy a direct dialogue with artists from different personalities.
During the year, in addition to the lessons of theory Piero Ruggeri (Steam Park) and practice Massimo Semerano (Cybor, Rose Street) are added those of anatomy Onofrio Catacchio (Nathan Never) , di sceneggiatura con Otto Gabos (Tobacco, I Camminatori) ed un work-shop col disegnatore Warner , Francesco Barbieri che prende in esame la composizione delle tavole e dei personaggi in stile cartoon.
