May require the contribution of voluntary organizations for more than two years and regularly registered with provincial / regional voluntary (Article 6 of Law 266 / 199) on the date of publication of the Directive in the Official Gazette. Projects may be submitted by individual charities or jointly by several organizations, not later than 12.00 noon on October 24, 2008 and financial assets for the year 2008 amounted to € 2,300,000.
