view from the road Unlike American shopping centers, suitable for car, commercial center of Lulea ° was thought in relation to the needs of pedestrians: a series of paths, conceived as a continuation of the urban road network, organize the plot of the mini-city air-conditioned and disengage stores of various sizes, a restaurant, a hotel, an art gallery, a department store, a cinema and concert hall and some bars. Everything is organized around a center wire illuminated from above, multi-level staggered so as to make possible the smooth transition from one level to 'another.

A microcosm in which each user can occupy space in relation to their character, their own needs and the disposition of the moment.
