A new appointment with the fair cartoon Lancaster and with it the competition open to cartoonists and illustrators. From this year the site will present a virtual exhibition of the works involved.

REGULATION:
The competition is divided into two sectors.
COMIC INDUSTRY: color or black and white, free style, format A / 3 or A / 4 (3 to 5 plates) ;
THEME: free style and in the subject ;
can be set in any era (Roman, Medieval, Feudal Japan, Napoleonic, Current, Western, Fantasy, Science Fiction, etc...)
We only accept copies or copies in color or black and white include address and phone number. These copies will not be returned.
will not be accepted digital copies on CD or DVD.
Only later when the book will be accepted for publication in tiff or jpg file at 600 dpi in grayscale or 300 dpi in color.
SECTOR Illustration: Black and white or color, free style, format A / 3 or A / 4 (one one table)
THEME: a Hero of the Environment .
protagonist can be used both as a character existing in the world of comics is invented for the occasion and to address environmental issues in the background, fighting the enemies of the environment and nature.
accepted only copies or photocopies in color or black and white include address and phone number. These copies will not be returned.
will not be accepted digital copies on CD or DVD.
Only later when the book will be accepted for publication in tiff or jpg file to 600 dpi grayscale or 300 dpi in color.
